My first experience as a Chef in Brazil started with the creation of the company Dicasa Gostosuras where I produced homemade cakes and sweets inspired by my grandmother's recipes. During this period I participated in several gourmet events in Brazil, such as CARIOQUÍSSIMA and ARMAZEM 4.
For me, gastronomy is about happiness. My dishes combine flavors and ingredientes that make people enjoy.
I was born in Bahia, Brazil, and my city, Salvador, is notable for its gastronomy. Our tradicional cuisine colorful and aromatic recipes, inspires me every time I start creating. Because of this, cooking, for me, is to harmonize the flavors, textures, colors, provoking the most delicious sensations. It is a passion that I realize everytime I share my creations with others.
